Putin says government must pay attention to power grids tear

MOSCOW, Mar 10 (PRIME) -- The Russian government must pay more attention to the wear of power grids in the regions, President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday at a meeting with the government.

"It is clear that there are laws, the rules explained in the regulative acts but we will probably not cope without direct participation of the federation in solution of these issues. This is because people suffer from these failures," Putin said.

Putin asked the government to present proposals on the issue.
